Required Documents

When applying for an M-1 visa and registering for TSA Flight Training Approval, have the following documents ready:

High school transcripts (or equivalent)
Previous institution transcripts
Scores from standardized testing (TOEFL, GRE, SAT, GMAT)
Copy of first 4 pages of valid passport
Copy of drivers license
Copy of medical records
Color photograph (2in x 2in)
Financial evidence of sufficient funds to cover tuition and living expenses during the period of intended training.
Show proof of intent to return to residence in your home country upon completion of course of training.
Intent to depart the United States upon completion of your training. You may establish this by presenting evidence of economic, social, or family ties in your homeland.
