Financial Aid for Helicopter Pilot School – The FAFSA

Choosing the right college to pursue your Professional Helicopter Pilot Degree will be probably one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime.bell-206-helicopter-panel.jpg Each college will vary in the type and amount of financial aid available.

You should know that most schools participate in Federal Financial Aid which requires students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Complete the FAFSA – The “Free Application for Federal Student Aid” you will need to complete can be found at www.FAFSA.ed.gov. A common mistake that is made is Googling “FAFSA”.  This will lead you to a couple of different websites that will charge you for this FREE application – Don’t do that! It’s free!

Regardless of what helicopter flight school you are thinking of attending, our Manager of Student Services will still be happy to help you complete your FAFSA – he’s done hundreds of them. So, give him a call:Follow Up with your financial aid office and submit any missing information.  Our student services department can assist you with acquiring your college’s federal school code.
