Bottom line here at Guidance Aviation: It’s veterans helping veterans pursue their career in flight.

I started the flight program before I could utilize my Post 9/11 GI Bill benefits to cover any of my flight training costs and kind of came to a bit of a cross-roads.

Luckily Guidance Aviation was teamed up with Yavapai College and I could use my Chapter 33 benefits to finish off my CFI and CFI-I ratings and end up working here (Guidance Aviation) as an instructor pilot. I’ve been working for Guidance Aviation for 3 years now.

This program’s great because about 85% of the program’s made up of Vets so when they (veterans) come through we treat them as a cohort.
